Sejoy 5T has developed the COVID-19 antigen test cassette for quick detection.
The COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test Cassette is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Covid-19 antigen in the nasal swabs, to support the diagnosis of a Covid-19 virus infection.

In this test procedure, an anti-SARS-CoV-2-N antibody is immobilized in the test zone of the membrane. After a swab sample has been placed in the sample window, it reacts with particles coated with anti-SARS-CoV-2-N antibodies, which are located on the sample pad.
Rapid tests are individually packaged and are therefore ideally intended for quick use.
The special features are the easy sampling, easy to read and clearly displayed results and the result is available even after 15-20 minutes.

Test results:
Positive: Two lines appear. One line should always appear in the control line area (C) and another visible colored line should appear in the test line area.
* NOTE: The color intensity in the test line areas may vary depending on the concentration of COVID-19 antibodies present in the sample. Therefore, every color in the test line area should be rated as positive.

Negative: A colored line appears in the control area (C). No visible colored line appears in the test line area.

Invalid: control line is not displayed. Insufficient sample volume or incorrect processing techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test device.
