Longsee has developed the COVID-19 antigen test cassette 3in1 for quick detection.
The COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test Cassette is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Covid-19 antigen in the nasopharynx, oropharynx and nasal swabs, to support the diagnosis of a Covid-19 virus infection.
In this test procedure, an anti-SARS-CoV-2-N antibody is immobilized in the test zone of the membrane. After a swab sample has been placed in the sample window, it reacts with particles coated with anti-SARS-CoV-2-N antibodies, which are located on the sample pad.
Rapid tests are individually packaged and are therefore ideally intended for quick use.
The special features are the easy sampling, easy to read and clearly displayed results and the result is available even after 15-20 minutes.
Tested and approved by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices BfArM.

Positive:
If two color bands respectively appear at the position of the quality control line (C line) and the detection line (T line) in the observation window, the test result is positive. The test result indicates that the sample contains 2019-nCoV antigens.
Negative:
If one color band appear at the position of the quality control line (C line) and no one color band at the detection line (T line) in the observation window, the test result is negative.The test result indicates that the 2019-nCoV antigens in the sample are negative or the concentration is below the detection limit of the set.
Invalid:
If no color band appear at the position of the quality control line (Line C) or only one color band at the detection line (T line) in the observation window , the test is invalid. The sample should be taken again and the test repeated.
